Some i6 Green services, such as subsidized pilot plant production runs in the MSU Bioeconomy Institute, require formal review for scientific or technical merit, environmental health and safety, cost effectiveness, etc. Formal review also seeks to ensure that scarce project resources are allocated fairly, on a competitive basis.
